Advantages:

Прекрасная природа, широкая Волга, удобный дом, внимательные хозяева, все вопросы решаются моментально, чистая территория, правда мало ухоженная. Близко до Костромы, Плеса…. Магазины в 10 минутах езды, все есть. Местные молочные продукты превосходны. Вобщем, отдых удался!

Disadvantages:

Хорошо бы привести в порядок территорию. Следы стройки, явно давние, видны кругом.
