Advantages:

Место очень интересное, это дебаркадер! Гостиница, круглосуточно администратор. Номера теплые, завтраки скромные но вполне достаточно всего. Тепло в номере. Кровать сетка как у родителей в детстве, спать на любителя. Номер на один два дня не более. Сантехника немного хромает конечно. Вид на Волгу шикарный! Центр города.
