Advantages:

Квартира чистая, свежий ремонт, всё работает исправно. Хозяйка доброжелательная, быстро отвечает. Парковались у подъезда без проблем. Рядом магазины. В центр ездили как на машине, так и общественным транспортом и на такси. На автобусе минут 15. Нас расположение устроило, мы ездили и по окрестностям, а выезд из города был удобный.

Disadvantages:

Поскольку квартира только-только после ремонта, я бы порекомендовала добавить фен и на летнее время фумигатор.
