Сдам однокомнатную благоустроенную квартиру посуточно. Квартира находится не далеко от вокзала, автовокзала. Рядом все магазины, бассейн, стадион, детская поликлиника, дет.сад, школа. Имеется мебель, 5 спальных мест, телевизор, кабельное ТВ, wi-fi, двухкамерный холодильник, стиральная машина. А так же постельное бельё, полотенца, вся необходимая посуда (кастрюли, чайник, сковорода и т.д.). Квартира сдаётся не для мероприятий.

Advantages:

Близость к Ж/Д вокзалу (актуально для тех, кто на поезде), много парковочных мест во дворе, много магазинов рядом, можно с питомцами, пунктуальность хозяина. Расположение на этаже.

Disadvantages:

Очень твердый диван, постельное белье бьется током
