Капитальный ремонт был проведен осенью 2017 года.
Косметический ремонт осенью-зимой 2024/2025 годов.
В квартире: ванная и туалет, мини-кухня, кабельное телевидение и вайфай. Постельное белье, полотенца, одноразовые тапочки, жидкое мыло, вся необходимая посуда, стиральная машинка и сушилка для белья.
Располагается в историческом центре города. Поблизости памятники «Вечный огонь» и «Воинам-героям», парк «Ткацкий двор», берег реки, стадион «Текстильщик» с футбольным полем и площадкой с искусственным покрытием, на которой зимой заливают каток. Продуктовый магазин в ста метрах. До ближайших кафе 7–8 минут пешком.
