Advantages:

Гостиница в центре маленького города, единственная по сути, рядом всё значимые объекты города, у входа в отель магазин 5-ка, но стоимость номеров с учётом состояния гостиницы должна быть ниже! Удобно на 4 этаже есть кухня, можно воспользоваться всём необходимым, здание без лифта, с вещами если они тяжёлые неудобно очень т. к лестничные пролёты не сильно широкие!

Disadvantages:

Нет лифта, завышена стоимость номеров, слышимость
